The WV Division of Forestry is offering for sale the following marked timber located in Randolph County on 50 acres of Kumbrabow State Forest situated near Huttonsville, WV:

Sealed bids will be received up to 1:00 p.m. on September 1, 2015.

A bid guarantee of ten (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) percent of the total bid price must accompany the bid and will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.

Bids must be submitted by species on the bid form contained in the informational packet.

Minimum acceptable bid shall be $101,767.56

A conducted inspection of the sale area will be held at 10:00 a.m. on August 11, 2015, meet the forester in charge at the Trout Run Fire Trail gate.

All timber buyers must have a current West Virginia Timber Buyer’s License.
