WVDA is offering the following marked timber located in Randolph County for sale
1 Huttonsville State Farm – 589,098 board feet of mixed timber
located on approximately 90-acres
2 Becky’s Creek of Huttonsville State Farm – 1,535,479 board feet of mixed timber located on approximately 247-acres
3 Bidders may bid on each track individually. All timber is being sold using the International 1/4” scale.
4 Timber showing will be held by local land owner Assistance
Forrester at 10:00 am on August 4, 2015. Interested bidders should meet at Huttonsville Farm office at this time.
5 A bid guarantee of 10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} of total bid price must accompany each bid and will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
6 All timber buyers must have West Virginia Timber Buyers license.
A copy of Timber Sale Prospectus may be obtained by calling WVDA at 304-558-2210. Sealed bids will be received until bid opening. Bids will also be received until 10:00 a.m. on August 25, 2015. Bid opening will be in the farm manager’s office at Huttonsville Farm.
