Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Mark Thomas (land owner Fred Doss) for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a special exception allowing for remodeling or addition for retail space for hearth shop/wood stove – fireplace shop at 24913 Midland Trail East, Caldwell. The subject property is zoned Forest Recreation, located in the Lewisburg district, described in Deed Book 570 on Page 487 and shown on Tax Map 28 as Parcel 21.
