Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of the Rainelle Medical Center for a Special Exception /Conditional Use from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a special exception/conditional use to allow for a professional office to be used as a health center at 390 Industrial Park Rd, Maxwelton. The subject property is zoned Industrial, located in the Lewisburg (09) district, described in Deed Book 287, on Page 715, on Tax Map 9 as Parcel 5.
