TO: Bobbie Joe Brown, Charles Williams, Jr., Jordan Brown, Marques King,
Trenton Dill, Dorothy Williams, Jackie Brown, Valarie Adkins, any and
all creditors, heirs, executors and assigns of the parties of interest herein,
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in this action asking the court to (1) to approve final settlement; (2) give its authority to satisfy any outstanding expenses and liens pertaining to the subject accident from the settlement proceeds; (3) to pay for legal services provided in this matter; and (4) to distribute the net settlement proceeds.
You may serve any answer, including counterclaims, that you have upon petitioner’s counsel, William A. McCourt, Jr., LOSCH & MCCOURT, PLLC, 500 Court Street, Summersville, West Virginia 26651, within thirty (30) days of this notice or action may be taken without further notice that will affect interest that you may have in this matter.
You are further notified that a hearing is scheduled on the aforementioned Petition in the Circuit Court of Webster County, Webster County Courthouse, Webster Springs, West Virginia, on the 13th day of April 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
