NOTICE OF SALE BY TRUSTEE UNDER DEED OF TRUST Pursuant to the authority granted in that certain deed of trust dated November 12, 2010 from Kenneth C. Baker to P. Michael Pleska and F. Thomas Graff, Jr., Trustees to secure United Bank, Inc. and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission, Raleigh County West Virginia at Roll No. 5041, Page 4281, default having been made by the said Kenneth C. TRACT TWO That certain parcel of land located at Cool Ridge in Shady Spring District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, being part of Lots 17 & 18 of the Glade Creek Farms as shown on a map of said Glade Creek Farms, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Map Book 7, at Page 107, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at one-half inch (1/2″) rebar on the division line between Lots 16 and 17 of GLADE CREEK FARMS at a point situated N 49 f 00′ W 68.53 feet from the easternmost to a part of Lot 16 standing in the name of Emma Clark Baker; thence following said division line, N 49 f W 305.68 feet to a point on line of a tract in the name of Dave Arlo Meadows, Jr. (Roll 5005 at Page 2P 5219); thence following Lots 17 and 18, respectively, along said Meadows tract, N 78 f 15′ E 377.69 feet; thence running through Lots 18 and 17 respectively, S 26 f 37′ W 310.35 feet to the point of BEGINNING and containing 1.055 acres, more or less And being the same property conveyed to Kenneth C. Under the provision of said deed of trust, the beneficial holder reserved the right to appoint a substitute trustee and the beneficial holder, United Bank, Inc., exercised said power by Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 30th day of September, 2013, and of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office at Book 5053, Page 0811, appointing the undersigned substitute trustee in the place and stead of the said P. Michael Pleska and F.
