NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated July 26, 2012, executed by the Borrower, Kenneth W. Marsh, to Douglas McElwee, the Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5048, at Page 3354. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 111 8th Street, Beckley, WV 25801. Pill & Pill, PLLC was appointed as Substitute Trustee by an APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated August 29, 2016, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 5063, at Page 2596. The Borrower defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustee has been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, in Beckley, West Virginia, on the following date: December 7, 2016 at 1:15 p.m. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Beckley District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: Situated in or near the City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows: The surface of that certain lot or parcel of land lying in or near the City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, known as Lot No. 11 of Section No. 11 of the Central Addition to the said City, as shown on Map No. 4 thereof, which may be read and inspected in Deed Book No. 66, at Page 86, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia. The said lot fronts 40 feet on Eighth Street and extends back therefrom between parallel lines a distance of 125 feet to an alley. Being the same property described in the deed to Kenneth W. Marsh from Robert C. Faulkner, single and Pamela L. Faulkner, single recorded on August 11, 2010 in Deed Book 5040 at Page 4204, of the public records of Raleigh County, West Virginia.
