The object of this suit is for the adoption of JDH as set forth in the heretofore filed Petition.
TO THE ABOVE NAMED RESPONDENT:
It is hereby ordered that MaryFrances Louise Heater, believed to be in the State of West Virginia, whose last known residence address is unknown after due diligence to locate her, serve upon Julie A. Frazer, Petitioner’s Attorney, whose address is 56 East Main Street, Romney, West Virginia, 26757, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before the hearing date of December 14, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., at the Hampshire County Judicial Center, Romney, West Virginia. You may be present at the hearing on that date to protect your interest. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
