Now comes the Petitioner, Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, by counsel, Christopher A. Dawson who states that the object of the above styled suit is to rescind the Trustee Sale, Trustee Deed and Reinstated the Deed of Trust encumbering real estate commonly known as Route 1 Box 417-1, High View, Hampshire County, West Virginia.
It is ordered that Respondents, Vicki C. McKoy and John L. McKoy, do serve upon Christopher A. Dawson, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfield & Associates, LPA, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file the Court an answer or other defense to the Petition file in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
