COMMISSION ORDER
On August 28, 2015, Trans-Med, LLC filed an application for a permit authorizing –
to operate as a contract carrier by motor vehicle in specialized limousine
service in the transportation of medical patients to and from scheduled
medical appointments between points and places in Fayette, Raleigh,
Nicholas, Greenbrier and Kanawha Counties, on the one hand, and points and
places in West Virginia on the other hand under contract with the UMWA
Health and Retirement Funds.
Rates:    $1.50 per loaded mile
Minimum Charge:     $20.00
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Trans-Med, LLC give notice of the filing of the application, by publishing a copy of this order once in a qualified newspaper as provided in W.Va. Code §59-3-1 et seq, published and of general circulation in Fayette, Raleigh, Greenbrier, Kanawha, Nicholas Counties, making due return to this Commission of proper certification of publication immediately after publication. Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may grant the request without a hearing. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
