NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Civil Judgment Order was issued in the referenced matter by the Magistrate Court of Morgan County, West Virginia on October 26, 2023 ordering the Defendant to remove home from 1584 Mesner Road, Berkeley Springs, WV no later than November 27, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. Defendant has failed to do so.

The current whereabouts of the Defendant is unknown, Defendant has not been amenable to service and no agent of process for the Defendant is known to the Plaintiff.

A copy of the Civil Judgment Order may be obtained from the Clerk of the Court.

Plaintiff reserves all rights and remedies available under law. Defendant will not receive further notice of these proceedings.
