It appearing by Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, EDDIE WRIGHT, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, EDDIE WRIGHT, serve upon SHERRY GODSEY, Petitioner whose address is 14551 MUD FORK ROAD, BLUEFIELD, VIRGINA 24630, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before JULY 20TH, 2019.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
