It appearing by Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, CHARLES BROOKS CORCORAN, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, CHARLES BROOKS CORCORAN, serve upon KELLY NICHOLE CORCORAN, whose address is 375 NORTHVIEW AVENUE, PRINCETON, WV 24740, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before December 4, 2019.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
