Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of July, 2020, at 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner Sheri Maxey Vest will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Mark Wills,for the entry of an order changing Petitioner’s name from Sheri Maxey Vest to Sheri Lyne Maxey. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of the Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office at 1501 Main Street, Suite 111, Princeton, West Virginia 24740.
