Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of November, 2022 at 10:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Gloria Rogers will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s child or ward’s name from William Alexander Freeman to William Alexander Rogers, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
