Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of April, 2022, at 9:00 o’clock, a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Vonda Gayle Stout will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge David H. Wilmoth, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Vonda Gayle Stout to Vonda Gayle Waddell. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
