Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of March 2022, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Kamrey Alexis Hope Byers, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Kamrey Alexis Hope Byers to Alexxandria Persephone Grayce Richards. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
