The object of the above style civil action is to obtain a judgment in favor of the Plaintiff for personal injury damages against Defendant April Hardaway, sustained as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on September 12, 2019, such damages in an amount to be determined by the court; prejudgment and post-judgment interest at the rate allowed by law, punitive damages, costs, and any other relief that this court deems just.
It is appearing by affidavit filed in the action that Plaintiff has used due diligence to serve April Hardaway, without effect.
It is Ordered that April Hardaway does appear and serve upon James R. Leach, plaintiffs’ attorney whose address is Jim Leach, LC, 34 Bickel Mansion Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 3, 2022 otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk located in Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
