On or about November 5, 2021, W.R., the above-named child was born to ARIEL RICHARDS. It appearing that the Father, UNKNOWN FATHER/WILLIAM RICHARDS III of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on May 6, 2022, at the hour of 3:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, UNKNOWN FATHER/WILLIAM RICHARDS III, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JOHN OSHOWAY, P.O. Box 4185, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26104 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 377-2499.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, UNKNOWN FATHER/WILLIAM RICHARDS III , with respect of the above-named child, W.R.
