Box 2688 Huntington, WV 25726 Plaintiff, V. Scott William Middleton 2208 Kirby Road #133 Milton, WV 25541 Defendant. The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment against the defendant, Scott William Middleton. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this actin that the defendant is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia for whom no agent, or appointed or statutory agent or attorney-in-fact upon whom service may be had is found in the state. Even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant. The defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was attempted by a private process server where the defendant resides or is located. It is ordered that Scott William Middleton do serve upon Danne Vance, magistrate, whose address is 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 19, 2022, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Scott William Middleton at any time thereafter.
