Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of April 2022, at 1:00 o’clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Khara Dee Radcliff, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Robert Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Khara Dee Radcliff to Khara Dee Parsons. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
