Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of April 2022, at 11:00o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Shealyn Johnson, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Emrie Ray Burdette to Emrie Ray Johnson. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
