The scope of work will include removal of the existing rooftop air cooled chiller and installation of a new air-cooled chiller on the roof. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10 a.m., LPT on April 19, 2022, at the Erma Ora Byrd Resident Conference Room, Number 2070, located at 1249 15th Street, Huntington, WV. Attendance is mandatory for Electrical and Mechanical Contractors. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information.
