The purpose of this proceeding is to obtain a divorce. An affidavit having been filed by the Petitioner setting forth that numerous attempts have been made to obtain service of process upon the Respondent, without success, notice is hereby given that NANCY METZ has filed the above styled Petition for Divorce in the Family Court of Wood County, West Virginia.
You are hereby given Notice that an answer to said Petition for Divorce must be filled on or before May 11, 2022, or judgment by default may be taken against you. A copy of said Answer must be served upon the Presentation’s Attorney, C. Bleating Myers, P.O. Box 287 Parkersburg, WV 26102.
You are further given Notice that a Preliminary Hearing is scheduled in this matter for the 6th day of May, 2022 at 2:00 pm before the Honorable Ellen L. Smith, Family Court Judge, at her office located at 315 Market Street, Parkersburg, WV at which time you may be present and heard if you so desire.
A copy of said Petition for Divorce and Notice of Preliminary Hearing may be obtained from the undressing Clerk at her office in the Wood County Courthouse, One Government Square, Parkersburg, WV.
