Wood County Schools will be accepting bids for the 2022 Playground Site Work project. Work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Construct a build ready site for the new playground equipment for Jefferson Elementary School, Gihon Elementary School and Blennerhassett Elementary School. The finish surface will be stone and will be within 2% grade as well as fix any drainage issues in the proposed playground equipment areas. Bidding documents are available at www.pickeringplanroom.com on April 11, 2022. Documents can be downloaded for free or hard copies can be ordered for the cost of printing. A mandatory Prebid meeting will be held at Jefferson Elementary School on April 19, 2022 at 10:00 am and continue to Gihon Elementary School and Blennerhassett Elementary School. Bids will be due at 1:00 PM on April 26, 2022 at the Wood County Schools Board Office located at 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV, at which time and place there will be a public bid opening.
