INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Chief of Police, Williamstown City Building, 100 W. 5 th Street, Williamstown, WV 26187 until 4:00 PM Tuesday, May 17, 2022, for 8 each Microsoft Surface Pros 7+ (12.3″ touchscreen, Core i7, 1165G7, 16GB RAM,256 GB SSD), Microsoft Surface Pro Type cover (QWERTY keyboard with trackpad, accelerometer) and Microsoft Surface pen (stylus, Bluetooth 4.0). Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Chief of Police between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The City of Williamstown reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No decision on the results of the bids will be made until City Officials have reviewed all bids. All bids will be opened at 7:00PM on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at the Williamstown City Building.
