Washington-Morgan Community Action will be accepting bids for Head Start Renovations project. Work shall include, but not be limited to the following: architectural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work associated with the bathroom renovations. Bidding documents are available at www.pickeringplanroom.com on 4/25/22. Documents can be downloaded for free. Email all questions to Stephanie Donahoe at [email protected]. A Mandatory Prebid meeting will be held at the site located at 205 Phillips Street, Marietta, OH, on Monday May 9, 2022 at 4:00 PM. Bids will be due at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at the office of Pickering Associates located at 11283 Emerson Avenue, Parkersburg, WV, at which time and place there will be a public bid opening. The contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act and Related Acts.
