In compliance with Section 4, Article 5, Chapter 18 of the West Virginia Code, the Putnam County Board of Education hereby gives notice that a copy of the 2022-2023 budget document will be available for inspection at the County Board of Education office in Winfield, West Virginia, during normal work hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at our website www.putnamschools.com, or by emailing finance.[email protected], and that a public hearing will be held on the budget May 16 at 7:00 p.m. at the Board of Education office in Winfield.
