TO: PATRICIA CAPP
On or about July 13, 2012 Z.P. and on or about June 17, 2010 J.P.J., the above-named-children, were born to PATRICIA CAPP and JOHN PICKENS. On or about June 7, 2007 H.K. and on or about June 7, 2005 J.K., the above-named children, were born to PATRICIA CAPP and SANFORD KIDD. It appears that the whereabouts of the Mother, PATRICIA CAPP, of the above-named children is unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JUNE 27, 2022, at the hour of 11:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, PATRICIA CAPP, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, F. JOHN OSHOWAY, ATTORNEY AT LAW, POST OFFICE BOX 4185, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 377-2499.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, PATRICIA CAPP, with respect of the above-named children, Z.P., J.P.J., H.K. and J.K.
