The purpose of this proceeding is an adjudication of a Petition for Contempt against the Petitioner, and the appointment of a Special Commissioner, if necessary, to transfer title to certain real estate to the Respondent as required by the Final Divorce Order entered on October 21, 2011, and which Petitioner has refused to convey.
You are hereby given notice that a Hearing upon the Petition for Contempt and Motion are scheduled before the Honorable Ellen L. Smith, Family Court Judge, at her chambers located at 315 Market Street, Parkersburg, WV on the 6th day of June 2022 at 2:30 pm.
