Request for Qualifications
Minnie Hamilton Health System is requesting Statements of Qualifications from experienced Architectural and Engineering Firms specializing in Healthcare Design and Construction Administration Services for future expansion and renovations to the Grantsville, WV Campus.
Qualified firms are encouraged to submit their qualifications highlighting their experience in Rural Healthcare design with emphasis on project phasing to maintain critical services while renovations and construction occur. Phase 1 healthcare planning has been completed and copies of project renderings and preliminary space planning documents are available upon request.

Qualifications should include the following: Company Background in Healthcare, Proposed Project Team and Subconsultants, Relevant and Recent Project Experience of Healthcare Renovations and Expansion, Project Approach with Timeline, and Healthcare References.
