NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the Estate(s) of Patricia Anne Wetmore, deceased; Marcus E. Levy, deceased; Atlanta Jean Kegley, deceased; and Robert J. Layman, deceased. All persons having claims against the Estate(s) of the said Patricia Anne Wetmore, deceased; Marcus E. Levy, deceased; Atlanta Jean Kegley, deceased; and Robert J. Layman, deceased, whether due or not, are notified to exhibit their claims, with the voucher thereof, legally verified, to the undersigned at 256 High Street, Morgantown, WV, on or before August 31, 2015; otherwise, they may by law be excluded from all benefits of said Estate(s). All Beneficiaries of said Estate(s) may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
