CIRCUIT COURT OF WOOD COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of June 2022, at 11:45 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Autumn Roberts, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Christian Blake Roberts to Christian Blake Hilliard. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
