ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above entitled action for the Court enter an Order for the deposit of the earnest money with the Clerk of this Court.
That the Court, after entertaining the answers or responses to this pleading, enter an Order awarding fees and costs to the Plaintiff and then determining the priority of claimants to the funds amongst the Defendants, and that Defendants be required to interplead concerning these claims and that Plaintiff be discharged from all liability in regards to the funds.
That Plaintiff be excused from further participation in this action unless one or more parties agree to compensate Plaintiff for Plaintiff’s time and attorney’s fees.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiffs, it is ordered that JASON A. COX, STEPHANI N. COX, PATRICIA MILLER, SUSAN BOARD, ROBERT MILLER, and JENNIFER CONAWAY do serve upon the Wood County Circuit Court, whose address is 2 Government Square Room 133, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the 2022.
A copy of said Petition in complaint filed in this action on or before July 28
