Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of August 2022, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner(s), Ashley Theobald on behalf of Ryley Plummer, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Ryley Nicole Plummer to Ryley Nicole Theobald. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
