The object of the above-entitled action is to seek the Court’s assistance in reflecting the Assignment of Rights with respect to a Deed of Trust executed by the Respondent.
And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Respondent Lisa S. Buckley are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Defendants serve upon Petitioner’s attorney W. Scott Campbell, of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 815 Quarrier Street, Suite 209, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, on or before, August 8, 2022, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondent at any time thereafter. A copy of the Complaint in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Circuit Clerk’s office.
