Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of August 2022, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner(s), Michelle Viola Hart will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Michelle Viola Hart to Mitchell Vitriol Hart. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
