The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that YUMI THOMAS is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, YUMI THOMAS Respondent, serve upon ZACHARY JOON THOMAS, Petitioner, whose address is 6 Stonebrook Dr., Parkersburg, WV 26104, answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 9, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
