The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that MARCUS ALEC TURIFY is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, MARCUS ALEC TURIFY Respondent, serve upon TABITHA IRENE TURIFY, Petitioner, C/O CELESTE RIDGWAY, CIRCUIT CLERK whose address is #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 30, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
