City of Vienna Invitation to Bid #STW 23-01
Demolition and Removal of Home Located at 4705 8 th Avenue
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the demolition and removal of a home located at 4705 8 th Avenue, Vienna, WV.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the Vienna Utility Board Office at 210 60 th Street between the hours of 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
Sealed proposals will be received until Wednesday September 21, 2022, at 9:00 am , at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked “SEALED BID #STW 23-01.
Prospective bidders may contact Craig Metz at (304) 295-4543, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
