Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of October 2022, at 3:45 o’clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Larissa Paige Lockhart will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Larissa Paige Lockhart to Riss Lee Lockhart. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
