R2301075 – Marshall University Joan C Edwards Fine Arts Building and Prichard Hall Roof Replacements Invitation to Bid Marshall University, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites sealed bids for the removal and replacement of roofs at both the Joan C Edwards Fine Arts Building and Prichard Hall on the University Campus in Huntington, WV. The successful vendor will provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies, and transportation. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for Roofing Contracts at 10:00 AM., LPT on October 26, 2022, via Teams Link at https:/tinyurl.com richardFineArtsRoofPreBid. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified. A non-mandatory site visit will be held on October 28, 2022, at 9:00 AM., LPT. Bidders will meet at the front door of Prichard Hall, 1706 4th Avenue, Huntington, WV. All technical questions must be submitted in writing to Angela White Negley via email at [email protected] by 9:00 AM, LPT, on November 1, 2022. Sealed bids shall be accepted until 3:00 PM, LPT, on November 10, 2022. The bid opening will be broadcast via a Teams meeting at the following link: https:/ tinyurl.com richardFineArtsRoofBidOpening. At that time, bids will be opened, read aloud, and recorded in the Office of Purchasing, Room 125, Old Main Building, Marshall University Campus.
