NOTICE OF MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING Pursuant to WV Code 24-6-12, the Cabell County Commission has updated standards and procedures for the operation of towing services in the county to continue to provide a fair and efficient system of assigning and maintaining towing in the county. There will be a mandatory ”pre-bid” meeting regarding the towing rotation and requirements to remain on the list, or be added to the list, on October 20, 2022, at 10:a.m. in the County Commission Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Cabell County Courthouse. A member from the WV Public Service Commission will be in attendance. The 2022 Cabell County Wrecker Company Information Package to be distributed at this meeting will include a signature page for agreement by the wrecker company to abide by the procedures, the 2022 Standards and Procedures for Wrecker Service in Cabell County, and the most current WV Maximum Statewide Wrecker Rates. Responses to the information packet, along with the signed agreement to abide by the procedure, shall be submitted to the Commission office at 750 5th Avenue, Suite 300, Huntington, WV 25701 by 4:00 p.m. on October 31, 2022.
