LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to W. Va. R. of Civil P. 4(e)(1)(C) and upon Petitioner’s Affidavit for Service of Publication filed on the 12th day of October, 2022 in this action that the address of Roy A Spellman, Jr. is unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that Roy A. Spellman Jr. serve upon J. Morgan Leach, Esq., whose address is PO Box 5518, Vienna, West Virginia 26105, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have, to the Petition filed in this action, on or before the 14th day of November, 2022. Failing to do so shall result in, at any time thereafter and upon proper hearing and trial, judgment by default being taken against you and the termination of your parental rights.
This hearing will take place in the Circuit Court of Wood Court, West Virginia, 1 Court Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26101, on Monday, December 5th, 2022, at 3:00 PM. In accordance with W.Va. Code § 48-22-602(e) and W.Va. Code § 59-3-2(a) this Order shall be published one time a week for a period of two successive weeks as a Class II Legal Advertisement in The Parkersburg News and Sentinel, a newspaper in the publication area of Wood County, West Virginia.
