It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Adult Respondent ELIJAH HETRICK whereabouts unknown, is hereby ORDERED to serve upon STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, plaintiff, whose address is PO BOX 811, RIPLEY, West Virginia 25271, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before December 12, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., if you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
