PUBLIC NOTICE Substantial Amendment Community Development Block Grant Program Huntington, WV The Consolidated Plan for the City of Huntington has Community Development Block Grant CV (CDBG CV) funds budgeted for the following activities that are now scheduled to be deleted and r reallocated to increase the funding of an activity. Activities to be Deleted mended Fiscal Year 20191/40 CV Information & Referral Rent & Utility Assistance Amount $ 217,698.90 Fiscal Year 20191/40 CV Keith Albee Performing Arts Center Amount $ 35,838.77 Fiscal Year 20191/40 CV Small Business Loan Assistance Program Amount $ 259,882.33 Fiscal Year 20191/40 CV Public Safety Equipment Amount $ 11,140.84 TOTAL $524,560.84 Activities to be Amended Fiscal Year 2021 University Fire Station Amount $524,560.84 TOTAL $524,560.84 Funds will be used for be used to assist in the construction of the Mayor Joseph L. Williams Jr. Fire Station, which will serve predominately low oderate income census tracts in the City of Huntington as defined by HUD.
