The object of this proceeding is to ascertain the parental rights of unknown putative father, Biological Father and/or unknown putative father of said E. G.., infant who was born to Kendra Gump.
To the unknown putative father:
It is hereby ordered that any unknown putative father appear at the preliminary hearing set in this matter on the 29th day of August, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., in the Courtroom of the Honorable J. D. Beane, Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, in Parkersburg, West Virginia. If you fail to appear at the hearing, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you wherein your paternal rights to said E. G. infant, may be terminated or otherwise affected.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on August 15, 2022 a Juvenile Abuse and Neglect was filed relating to the above-named minor by West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources Petitioner.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Preliminary Hearing on this Petition is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on August 29, 2022 at Wood County Judicial Building located in Parkersburg, West Virginia, before the Honorable J. D. Beane, at which time and place you may appear and make any Judge objection known or to otherwise protect your interest.
You have a right to be represented by an attorney at every stage of this proceeding.
This proceeding may result in the permanent termination of your parental rights.
A copy of said petition, may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
