REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Roane County Commission is seeking competitive bids for a complete roof replacement at 208 Court Street Spencer, WV as outlined in the specifications.
Sealed bids for the roof replacement will be received by the Roane County Commission 200 Main Street, Spencer, WV 25276 until 11:59 am November 17, 2022 when the Commission will open and review all bids received.
Detailed specifications for the project are available online at www.roanewv.com or at the County Clerk’s Office. Contractors must be licensed, insured and able to perform work in West Virginia.
The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality therein. All bids must be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of opening.
