LEGAL NOTICE – BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 8A, ARTICLE 24 OF THE CODE OF WEST VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED, AND THE PARKERSBURG ZONING ORDINANCE A-2530 AS ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 27, 1973, THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., ON DECEMBER 14, 2022, IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA, TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING APPEALS:

4. APPLICANT: MCBRIDE DALE CLARION/ OWNER: WILD PARTNERS, 2903 PIKE ST. REQUESTING A VARIANCE TO INSTALL A 3RD SIGN ON THEIR BUSINESS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE IN A B-2 DISTRICT.
