To all creditors of Justin Lee Bock, deceased, including those holding liens by judgment or otherwise on his real estate, or any part thereof. In pursuance of an order of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, made in the above-styled cause therein pending, to subject the real estate of the said Justin Lee Bock, deceased, to the payment of his debts, including those which are liens on such real estate, or any part of it, you are hereby required to present your claims to the undersigned Special Commissioner, on or before the 29th day of November, 2022.
Said real estate is described as all that certain lot, tract or parcel of real estate located in the Town of North Hills, Wood County, West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Being all of Lot No. Nineteen (19) of North Hills Estates, as shown on “Plat of Extension of North Hills Estates” prepared by Paul E. Marshall dated April 1, 1974, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Plat Book 16, at page 29, to which said plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of said plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of said lot by metes and bounds.
Being the same property conveyed unto Justin Lee Bock by Stephanie Pitts and Kelli Oman, by deed dated the 23rd day of March, 2021, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 1320, at page 644.
